Jerrilee has conducted nursing research at Deaconess Hospital, is an active member of the IRB, and was instrumental in forming the Research Council.

Jerrilee has been a speaker at multiple conferences and teaches at one of the local universities in addition to her position at the hospital.

Jerrilee recently completed her PhD, and encourages others to continue their learning process. She motivates you to reach beyond your comfort zone.

Jerrilee encourages nurses to become certified in their specialty.

Jerrilee makes sure that employees follow the standards of employee conduct, and sets the example

She is a leader in our journey towards Magnet.

She has served on numerous teams and has been team leader on multiple teams.

Jerrilee has been instrumental in the continued development of the Student Nurse Intern and Extern programs. These students get excited about their new careers and feel her excitement for the profession.
