RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS
Wide variety of activities…basketball rules the winter months with the University of Evansville Purple Aces, Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers and the USI Screaming Eagles to the local area high school teams. Swonder Ice Rink conducts both youth and adult hockey leagues. There are numerous places to play golf or tennis as well as swimming pools. Tri-State Speedway, Ellis Park and Thunder on the Ohio accommodate race fans. You can enjoy the great outdoors at many state and local parks.
