MEET OUR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Karen Zdenahlik, Regional Operations Manager
Karen is a licensed property and casualty agent and has been working in the insurance industry for the past 29 years. She is the Regional Operations Manager for the Southern Indiana Region which includes an office in Evansville and Tell City and our Kentucky office located in Madisonville.
Jill Houchin, Vice President of Claim Department and Personal Lines Practice Leader.
Jill has a Property & Casualty insurance license and has been in the insurance industry since 1980. She has been in management of claims for 19 years and management of personal insurance for 7 years. Jill has served as President of the Insurance Women of Evansville and Tri-State Adjusters. She currently serves on the claims council for Indiana Insurance and is involved in the Historic of Newburgh. She holds the Certified Professional Insurance Woman designation.
Cheryl Hillenbrand, Operations Supervisor
Cheryl is the Operations Supervisor for Personal Lines and Employee Benefits in the Madisonville, Kentucky office. She holds a Property & Casualty License and has worked in the insurance industry since 1974. Cheryl is an Evansville native and returned to Evansville two years ago after 21 years in Texas.
Kelley Shewmaker, Operations Supervisor
Kelley is an Operations Supervisor in the Madisonville, Kentucky office and has been working in the insurance industry for 11 years. She has worked in the Personal and Small Business Departments during her employment with HUB since 1999. Kelley is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent.
Elaine joined HUB in 1999 as an administrative assistant. Since 2000 she has been the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of HUB. She now works with David Jones, Regional Sales Manager as his assistant. She is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all non-resident licenses for the agency and numerous individuals.
Elaine is active in the local United Way campaign and the Children's Program at her church and is the unofficial office travel planner and events coordinator.
Connie is our receptionist and has been employed with Hub International for over 16 years. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and worked as an account manager in our personal lines department for over 10 years. She will assist you in transferring your call and will also help to answer questions on office issues.
Larina is a licensed P & C agent that has been with the company for 12 years and has served in several departments. She is the liaison between the insurance carriers, our staff and interface in the capacity of Download Specialist. Prior to joining Hub Midwest, she resided in Chicago IL.
Renee has been a part of our Information Technology department since 1999. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech and holds various computer certifications. Renee is our local in-office computer and telephone support person.
