Meyer, Schenk Wrap up Final Round at Quicken Loans

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WFIE) -

Evansville native, Dylan Meyer, was looking for a strong finish, at the PGA Tour's Quicken Loans National, at TPC Potomac.  The Central grad, began Sunday, at 3-under par, 10 shots back from the leaders.  Vincennes native, Adam Schenk, also hung around for the weekend, and he came into the day, at -2.

So, how'd they finish up out in D.C.?  Well, Meyer had another incredible day, as he shot a 3-under par, 67!  That was his second 67, that he shot this weekend!  He shot the other 3-under round, on Friday, to ensure himself, of making the cut.  He had 4 birdies and just one bogey Sunday, as he finished the tournament, at 6-under par!  It was a great weekend for Meyer, as he finished in a tie for 17th place!  Adam Schenk shot even par today, with 4 birdies and 4 bogeys, to finish the weekend, at 2-under.  Francesco Molinari won the tournament, with a whopping score of -21!  Ryan Armour finished in second place, 8 shots back, at -13.
