EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

The suspect in a police chase that stretched through two counties is still on the loose.

The chase started around 1:30 Thursday morning in Boonville when an officer tried to pull over the driver on Highway 62 at High Rock Blvd.

The chase went into Evansville and reached speeds over 100 mph before eventually ended in a crash in the front yard of a home on Morgan Avenue.

Right now, we don't know who that driver is, just that they ran from police after their car, which, we're told was stolen.

Evansville police were called in to help and the search for the driver, but the search has since been called off. If you have any information about what happened, call the police.

We'll keep you updated.
