VINCENNES, IN (WFIE) -

Fire investigators in Vincennes might have to wait a few days before they can investigate a deadly fire because of the cold.

The Knox County Coroner confirms two people, 39-year-old David Greenwell and 57-year-old Cindy Horvath, died in the fire that broke out early Sunday morning at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Broadway Avenue.

Police tell us several other tenants of the two-story building were taken to a nearby hospital. No word yet on their conditions.
