Two felony arrest warrants have been issued in an animal cruelty case.

Evansville Animal Care and Control posted on their Facebook page the warrants are for David Tenbarge and Antoin Horne.

Tenbarge was booked into the Vanderburgh Co. Jail shortly after 11:15 Friday.

As of Friday afternoon, Horne had not been arrested.
