NEWBURGH, IN (WFIE) -

The staff at Zaxby's in Newburgh is reaching out to say thanks to an anonymous woman showed kindness to one of their employees.

The staff posted a photo of an employee named Noah.

The caption explains that one day as he was leaving, he opened the door for a customer.

The two shared a few words on their way out, when she noticed his shoes were a little worn out.

A little while later, she returned with gift card for Noah so he could buy some new work shoes.

The card was left with a manager, so Noah didn't get to thank the kind woman.

People can be really awesome, can't they?
