Man dies from medical condition after Dubois Co. crash

DUBOIS CO., IN (WFIE) -

Sheriff's deputies say a Greenwood man was killed in an accident in Dubois County.

It happened just before 4 Tuesday afternoon on State Road 162, just north of the Maltersville Bridge.  

Deputies say 66-year-old Larry Fogleman, had a medical condition that caused him to lose control of his car.  He went down an embankment and the vehicle flipped.  

Deputies say he died from the medical condition.  His passenger, 62-year old Nancy Fogleman was treated for minor cuts.  

The road was shut down for about forty minutes.

    The chase started Thursday evening around 6:30 in Evansville, near Hwy 41 and Covert Ave, when an EPD officer tried to pull it over a vehicle for speeding.
