Spencer Co. recognized for Best Tourism Website

SPENCER CO., IN (WFIE) -

Spencer County is receiving statewide recognition. 

Their new tourism websites are being called some of the best.

The Spencer County Visitors Bureau accepted the first ever Indiana Tourism Award for Best Tourism Website. 

Their themed websites for attractions throughout Santa Claus were recognized as top destination websites with marketing budgets under $300,000. 

Spencer County is home to nationally known attractions such as Holiday World and Lincoln's Indiana Boyhood Home, with both national and state parks.
