A couple of loud bangs early Thursday morning lead OPD to what they say was a stolen car full of teens with fireworks.

It happened around 5:30 a.m. on South Griffin. Officers say the four teens had been throwing fireworks from the vehicle.

A police report shows officers stopped the teens and realized their vehicle was stolen. The teens have now been linked to two more stolen vehicles, two stolen handguns, and a home burglary on Harbor Hills Trace.

Officers say one of the teens had marijuana and a prescription drug used to treat anxiety.
