FBI adds WI woman to Ten Most Wanted

(CNN) - The FBI is adding a Wisconsin woman to its Top Ten Most Wanted list.

Shanika S. Minor, 24, is accused of killing a pregnant woman and her unborn child.

The victim was a 3-year-old neighbor of her mother's. She was just five days from her due date.

Witnesses said Minor instigated an argument with the woman.

Minor's mother complained of loud music.

Police say Minor confronted the neighbor at gunpoint and fired a round into the air.

She then left, but returned early the next morning and again confronted the neighbor.

Minor's mother attempted to stop her, but Minor shot over her mother's shoulder and hit the victim.

She died in front of her two other children.

Minor is wanted for first-degree murder.

She was born in Mississippi in 1991. FBI agents said she may still be in contact with people in Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, Texas and Ohio.

FBI agents said Minor may also be going by the name Ida Jackson.

The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for information leading directly to her arrest.

Anyone with information should contact their nearest FBI office.
