ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KOB/NBC) - After nearly 15 months, the Albuquerque Police Department and city released lapel camera video from a botched drug bust that led to a lieutenant shooting an undercover officer.

The video released Thursday came a day after the city of Albuquerque settled a federal lawsuit brought by undercover APD Officer Jacob Grant. He sued the city and the lieutenant who shot him, Greg Brachle.

Grant, who received $6.5 million in the settlement, had nine bullet wounds. He was sitting in the car outside a McDonald's with three other people - two suspects in the sting and another undercover officer.
