New chief for Henderson Fire Department

HENDERSON, KY (WFIE) -

The Henderson Fire Department has a new chief. 

Lieutenant Scott Foreman is taking over the duties.

In August, three firefighters retired - leaving the department short-handed.

Foreman has been with the Henderson Department for 15 years.

His begins his job as chief on Monday.

    Surveillance cameras captured someone opening fire at a gas station in Jasper. Police are looking for one of the people they said opened fire on Friday night, while the other is still in a hospital.
