EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - A judge has denied a former Evansville police officer's bid for a federal review of his murder and arson convictions.
Patrick Bradford said several constitutional violations entitled him to the review.
Bradford is serving an 80-year sentence for the 1992 stabbing death of Tamara Sue Lohr.
She was a corrections officer he was having an extramarital affair with.
He was convicted of setting her home on fire.
Bradford has always said he didn't do it.
