(WFIE) - New ratings are out for children's booster seats.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave 20 of the 23 new booster seat models available this year its highest rating of "best bet". The other three were rated as "good bets".
The seats were tested on how well they safely secure four to eight year old children with a car's seat belts.
The institute's study also pointed out six older booster seats that it rated as "not recommended."
