WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) - Toxicology reports are back on a deadly accident that killed a Unity Taxi driver.
It happened back in October near the Warrick County/Vanderburgh County line.
Witnesses told sheriff's deputies that a Honda Accord, driven by 36-year-old Craig Ray, crossed the median and hit a Dodge Caravan head-on.
69-year-old Kenneth Irwin of Newburgh was killed.
Toxicology results show that Ray had methamphetamine, opiates and amphetamines in his system.
