Deputies: Driver had suspended license in Daviess Co., KY crash

DAVIESS CO., KY (WFIE) - Ten people were injured in a wreck in Daviess County, Kentucky on Sunday.

It happened at the intersection of U.S. 231 and Highway 60 East.

Sheriff's deputies say a car ran a red light and struck an SUV.

Four people in the car and six people in the SUV were injured.

In the car, the most serious was Jackson Towery.  He was taken to Kosair Children's Hospital, where he is now in good condition.

In the SUV, Jeffry Oloughlin was flown to Deaconess Hospital, where he's in fair condition.

The driver of the car that deputies say ran the light, Michael Rittenburry, is charged with driving on a suspended license.
