ISP: Perry Co. woman used sister’s ID during traffic stop

PERRY CO., IN (WFIE) -

A Perry County woman is arrested after troopers say she used her sister's ID during a traffic stop.

According to Indiana State Police, Amanda Pennix claimed to be her sister when she was pulled over for expired registration.

Last week, state troopers were told by her sister, her license had been suspended for not paying the fine for a ticket she never received.

Troopers arrested Pennix on several charges including felony Identity Deception.
