EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - The suspect in a chase over the Twin Bridges has been identified.
Henderson County sheriff's deputies spotted Saul Rivera driving north in the southbound lanes around 2:15 Tuesday morning.
Deputies tried to stop Rivera but he led them on a chase that reached speeds of up to 93 miles per hour.
It ended in a cornfield on Green River Road and I-69 in Evansville.
Evansville Police were able to get Rivera out of the car by shooting pepper ball pellets into the window.
The 24-year-old is in the Vanderburgh County Jail facing charges of evading, operating under the influence, reckless driving and driving without license.
