GIBSON CO., IN (WFIE) - A Princeton man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence early Sunday.
Indiana State Police say 36-year-old Jorge Tenorio Zabala was stopped at Brumfield Street and Third Avenue.
A trooper detected a strong odor of alcohol in the vehicle.
Police say Zabala gave them a fake Kentucky identification card with another name.
He did not have a valid driver's license, according to troopers.
Zabala was taken to the Gibson County Jail.
Police say he had a blood alcohol content of .08%.
Zabala is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operator Never Licensed, False Government Identification, and False Driver's License.
He is currently being held for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
