PRINCETON, IN (WFIE) - Toyota offers its workers onsite childcare and they do it for both shifts and variable workforce.
Kids from six weeks up to six years old can enroll in the program.
Director Amanda Yochum says kids stay with the same caregiver until they enter their pre-school program.
Kids learn math, science and how to write so they are well prepared to enter kindergarten.
"I can say for myself as a parent and Brooke as well, it makes going to work easier everyday knowing that your kids are well taken care of and safe, knowing that we have security on-site, knowing that we are filmed in the classroom and that they're with people that they know and love and their taken care of," said Amanda Yochum, Director of Toyota Children's Center.
The childcare center is accredited and is an Indiana five star program.
