OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) - Tens of thousands of people are expecting to pack in Reid's Orchard in Owensboro this weekend for the 7th Annual Big O Music Fest.
As event organizers begin setting up, so too is the Daviess County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies will be at the event throughout the weekend, making sure everyone stays safe. They will be watching for people jumping fences and underage drinking.
Sheriff's Deputy Lt. Barry Smith says he expects thing to be civil, but they will have a presence just in case.
The gates into the country music festival will open at 12 p.m. Saturday.
