EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - One of two brothers charged with the murder of an Evansville man has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge.
Darius Suggs pleaded guilty Thursday to criminal recklessness in Vanderburgh Superior Court.
He will be sentenced next month and could face up to six years in prison.
Prosecutors say they dismissed charges against his brother, Robert Suggs, after they say Darius accepted responsibility for the shooting.
Both men had been charged in the shooting that killed Chavar Snider in May of this year.
They were set to go to trial in August.
