Warrick Co. deciding on waste management company

WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) - Warrick County's Solid Waste Management Board is deciding between two companies for track pick up.

County Commissioner Marlin Weisheit says the proposals form Advanced Waste Systems and Renewable Resources both look good.

A scoring committee is looking into the pros and cons of each company.

Weisheit says as of right now, nothing will be mandatory and should cost homeowners 14 to 16 dollars a month.

A minimum of 12 to 15,000 people will have to sign up to keep the cost low.

The board will make a decision next Tuesday at noon.
