Evansville Police arrest two suspected meth dealers

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville Police arrest two suspected meth dealers.

Officers pulled Jesse Braden's vehicle over at the intersection of Taylor and Lodge Avenue on Tuesday. 

There was a felony drug warrant for his arrest.

During the stop, police say his passenger, Arthur Peyton, took off.

Officers found him a couple blocks away hiding behind a parked car.

Police say they found meth inside his pants.

Officers also found nearly 33 grams of meth inside the vehicle Braden was driving.

Both men were taken to jail.
