PRINCETON, IN (WFIE) - A Princeton woman is facing several charges following an argument with her mother.
Deputies were called to the 3200 block of W. Birch Street in Princeton around noon on Sunday.
They say 45-year-old Crista Hicks was intoxicated and barely able to maintain her balance.
Deputies say Hicks began yelling and screaming when they tried to talk to her and her 63-year-old mother.
She was told to stop, but deputies say she became more angry and hit one of them on his arms.
Authorities say, because of her state of intoxication, Hicks was taken to Gibson General Hospital to get medically cleared.
Deputies say while there, she threatened nurses at the hospital.
Hicks was then taken to the Gibson County Jail.
She is facing felony charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and intimidation on a hospital employee, plus three misdemeanors.
