OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) - The YMCA is conducting a community needs assessment survey in Owensboro.
Staff are doing this survey to figure out what they're doing right in the community and what areas they need to work on regarding youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
CEO Isaac Coffey says the results will help them serve the community, and their customers, better.
"The benefit is to again find out how we're doing as a YMCA, as a charity," said Coffey. "Are we supporting our community at a level we need to be?"
If you're interested in participating in the survey, you can pick one up at their location off of Kentucky Parkway in Owensboro.
They are going to pass out the surveys until September 10.
