HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE) -

Probable cause is found to move forward with the murder case against a Henderson woman.

Amber Sullivan appeared in court Thursday morning for a preliminary hearing.

Police say 28-year-old Sullivan admitted to shooting her husband, 29-year-old Zachary Sullivan, in their Main Street home back in June.

She has since pleaded not guilty.

At her initial hearing in June, Amber's attorney asked the judge for a bail because she is a stay-at-home mom, college educated, has a low flight risk, and no prior felonies. The judge denied the request.

However, at Thursday's hearing, the judge set her bond to $100,000 cash.

No word on when she will next appear in court.
