GIBSON CO., IN (WFIE) - Officials with the Princeton Water Department will soon be enforcing a cut-off day for past due customers.
If a customer hasn't paid an overdue bill by the tenth of the following month, water service will be disconnected the next day, like it states on the notice.
In the past, the billing clerk said they waited several days to disconnect, but now the date on the statement will be strictly enforced.
Water officials hope this will alleviate any confusion for customers. The disconnect enforcement date will start in August.
