Police: Driver who crashed into Henderson Co. home bonds out of jail

HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE) -

The woman accused of driving drunk and hitting a Henderson County home Monday has bonded out of jail.

Deputies say 46-year-old Lisa Powell first hit a guardrail on the parkway and took off.

Investigators say she then struck a house on Highway 60 West, across from AB Chandler Elementary School.

No one was hurt.  

She is due back in court July 22.
