Arrest made after multi-state police chase

A high-speed chase that started in Kentucky ended with an arrest in Illinois.

Morganfield Police Officer Zac Render said he tried pulling over 29-year-old Jonathon Shepherd after receiving reports of someone running other drivers off the road.

We're told Shepherd led police on a chase over a 30-mile stretch into Illinois.

Police say, at one point, Shepherd's speed hit 120 mph.

When he ran out of gas, he jumped out of his car and ran into the woods.

The foot chase ended after officers tazed him.

Shepherd faces several charges, including reckless driving.
