VANDERBURGH CO., IN (WFIE) - A Newburgh woman, whose arrest was related to an FBI investigation of a theft ring, will not face any jail time.

The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office says 37-year old Alicia Rudd pleaded guilty Tuesday to a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.

Prosecutors say the evidence didn't support their original charge of corrupt business influence.

Rudd was sentenced to six months probation. If she completes the sentence, the case will be dismissed.

She was arrested along with several others after an ongoing FBI investigation at Dealmakers in Newburgh.

Rudd's brother, Michael Rupert, and Kyle Hudson are facing federal charges and are scheduled to go to trial in July.
