Here are the latest food inspection reports (5/7) from the Vanderburgh County Health Department as submitted to WFIE:

Crazy Buffet, 701 N. Burkhardt Rd. 1 critical violation - can openers soiled; 1 non-critical violation - some items in walk-in not covered

Chick-fil-A, 800 N. Green River Rd. 2 non-critical violations - freezer has build up of ice, grease trap log not up to date

Old Chicago Pasta & Pizza, 6550 E. Lloyd Expressway. 1 non-critical violation: cutting boards on prep tables worn and need to be replaced

Cheddars, 2100 N. Green River Rd. 1 non-critical violation: walk-in freezer floor has build up

Eurest Dining/Mead Johnson, 2400 W. Lloyd Expressway. 1 non-critical violation: dish machine belt line has small leak; warm well hot table has small leak

McDonald's #5774, 909 N. St. Joseph Ave. 3 non-critical violations: walk-in freezer has ice accumulation; lacking light shielding on a few lights in the dry stock area; roof leaks in areas and causes water to leak into walk-in and in dining room
