Sculpture unveiled of Vincennes founder

VINCENNES, IN (WFIE) -

The oldest city in Indiana finally has a face for its founder.

On Wednesday, a local artist unveiled a sculpture of Francois Vincennes.

He was a French military lieutenant who founded Fort Vincennes in 1732.

West Terre Haute artist Bill Wolfe made the clay sculpture.

Now he's trying to raise money to have the work bronzed.
