Jasper Police charge motorcyclist with OWI

JASPER, IN (WFIE) -

A motorcyclist was charged with OWI after he was stopped for speeding by Jasper Police.

Officers say 31-year-old Bryan L. Cole of Loogootee was driving 82 mph in a 40 mph zone. He was stopped Saturday night at Hwy. 56 and SR 350.

Police say Cole admitted to drinking and an investigation revealed a BAC of .11%. He was charged with OWI and OWI Endangerment. 

Cole was also cited for speeding and driving with an expired license plate.

    We are looking into an event that was canceled last minute this weekend leaving many with unanswered questions.  According to the Facebook Page "Evansville Events" an event called "The Adult Prom Evansville 2018, Remember the Time," was canceled on the day of the event.  The prom was supposed to be held at the Ramada Inn in Henderson on Saturday at 8 p.m.  The events page says tickets were $75 per couple and proceeds were to benefit the Evansville...
