IN Appeals Court rules ONB lawsuit can more forward

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

The Indiana Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of a group suing Old National Bank.

Former bank customer's Steven Kelly, and Jon and Rebecca Cook filed a lawsuit in 2010 claiming extra overdraft fees were collected because transactions were not being processed in the order in which they were made.

The appeals court says the lawsuit can move forward.
