EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville police say the suspect wanted for the hold-up at the Woodforest National Bank inside the east side Walmart has been arrested.

According to a tweet from the Evansville Police Department, 43-year-old Heath Clark has been arrested in Tunica, MS in connection with the robbery.

EPD says Clark walked into the bank on March 19, told the teller that he had a weapon but didn't show it, and demanded money.

We're told he then got into a car that was waiting for him outside and got away with an unspecified amount of money.

Police say they were able to identify him as the suspect because he left his Tennessee ID behind at the scene.

He was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail in April.
