Woman charged with smuggling drugs into Vanderburgh Co. Jail

VANDERBURGH CO., IN (WFIE) -

A woman is charged with smuggling drugs into the Vanderburgh County Jail.

Officials say Jacob Alvey-William's girlfriend, Jessica Robb, was sticking Suboxone strips on mail and then sending it to jail.

Suboxone is 20-30 times more potent than morphine and it's about 30 to 40 dollars a strip. 

According to the affidavit, other inmates were using commissary money to pay for the drugs. 

Robb's being held on $10,000.
