Have you been sticking to your New Year's resolutions?
My goal for the new year was to start working out regularly. I used to be very good about working out at least three days a week, if not more. But now that I have two jobs, where I work seven days a week, I often come up with excuses so I don't go to the gym.
I am trying to find some way to stay motivated, but haven't yet come up with any really good ideas.
If you have been able to stick to your resolution, how are you doing it?
Or if you are just really disciplined in your workout routine, how did you become that way?
