Ford remembered

Mourners will gather in Owensboro today for the late U.S. Senator Wendell Ford's visitation. Hundreds of mourners filled the state Capitol Sunday to remember Ford as a champion of the common man. Ford died Thursday at the age of 90. We'll have live coverage from Owensboro this morning.

Blizzard warning

Northeast residents are already doing their best to duck as a "crippling and potentially historic" snowstorm approaches. Communities from northern New Jersey to southern Maine are in line for up to 2 feet of snow. The National Weather Service is also warning of powerful winds and widespread coastal flooding through tomorrow.

Windy and cold

It will be windy and colder in our area this week, compared to the mild temps last week. Byron says temperatures will be in the upper 20's and lower 30's with a few scattered snow showers.

Miss Universe

Miss Colombia Paulina Vega is crowned Miss Universe last night, while Miss USA Nia Sanchez is named runner-up.

So enjoy your Monday, and we'll see you on Sunrise.
