Overnight holdup

Overnight holdup

Evansville Police are investigating a holdup that sent one man to the hospital with cuts to his arm.

New information is coming up on Sunrise.

Traffic alert

There could be delays this morning on one of the Twin Bridges because of a lane closure. What you need to know before you head out the door.

Movie theater shooting trial

Jury selection begins today in the Aurora, Colorado movie theater mass shooting that happened 2½ years ago. James Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and injuring 70 others during a showing of "The Dark Knight Rises."

Another nice day

Byron says our streak of 50-degree January days should continue today, though there is a small chance for rain late this afternoon and evening over parts of the region. His complete forecast is coming up on Sunrise.

Bitterman Mini Shoppes

Until this past fall, there hadn't been much going on in Evansville's old Bitterman building. Since then, it's been transformed into a local crafts and food market. Deanna Allbrittin is Live at Sunrise to show us how the Bitterman Mini Shoppes and its vendors have been doing since the grand opening a few months ago.

Plus, Jackie Monroe will share information about a job fair happening today in Kentucky, and Hillary Simon will be following any breaking or developing news.

We hope you'll join us for Sunrise!
