Frosty to sunny, warmer

After a snowy day mainly in western Kentucky yesterday, it's much quieter this morning. Skies are clear but there is some frost. Byron says this will be a rare winter day where sunshine will rule along with warmer temps. We could see the 50's by Saturday.

McLean County shooting victim identified 


Kentucky State Police are still investigating a shooting McLean County. Troopers say dispatch got a call around noon Thursday about shots fired at a home in the 1900 block of Doug Hill Road in Island, Kentucky. When McLean County Sheriff's deputies arrived, they say they found 22-year-old John Morris, who appeared to have been shot.  The latest on Sunrise.

Evansville Walmart update


The Board of Zoning Appeals voted six to nothing Thursday night to approve a pair of Walmart requests as the retail giant attempts to build a new store at Diamond and First Avenue in Evansville.  We'll tell you what business owners in the area think of that idea.

West Side Story


Evansville Civic Theater is getting ready to present West Side Story. But there's a remarkable story involving the show's director.  Deanna Allbrittin will be live to tell us all about it.
