Governor Pence talks economy, schools

Gov. Mike Pence is touting Indiana's economy and promoting his proposals for increasing charter schools and private school vouchers in his third State of the State speech. Pence also is calling for adding a balanced budget amendment to the state constitution in the speech Tuesday evening to a joint session of the Indiana House and Senate.

Quiet stretch
