SULLIVAN CO., IN (WFIE) - Indiana State Police say a body found in a Sullivan County cornfield has been ruled a homicide.
An autopsy was performed on Wednesday, but due to the condition of the body, investigators were not able to determine the person's sex or age.
They hope to have a positive ID by early next week.
The body was found by a farmer on Tuesday afternoon as he was harvesting corn in a field located at CR 300 North and CR 325 East.
