Fmr. Evansville teacher accused of sexual assault against drunk teen in WY

New information about the accusation that led to the arrest of a former Evansville teacher on a sexual assault charge in Wyoming.

27-year old Jordan McGuire was arrested two weeks ago in Laramie, where he is a graduate student.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the 18-year-old victim says he was assaulted at a party at McGuire's apartment on November 21.

The victim told police that he blacked out from drinking too much and says McGuire forced him to perform oral sex.

Police arrested McGuire after talking to the victim and a witness.

McGuire was acquitted of a similar charge in Evansville last August.

He had been accused of giving alcohol to an 18-year-old and performing a sex act against his will in 2012.

McGuire is in the Albany County Jail in Wyoming on a $100,000 bond.
