EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - No arrests have been made in 27-year-old Willie William's murder investigation but Evansville police and Williams' family members say they're not giving up.
Police are still looking for Michael Wisdom and Keith Davis, who they're calling persons of interest in the case.
Willies mother and a family friend are now taking their fight for justice to Facebook.
Williams was murdered on Thanksgiving day and his family is hoping with the social media presence, the ones responsible will be caught.
To those who didn't know Willie, they may think of him as just a murder victim. But to his family and loved ones, he was so much more than that.
He was a care taker, a loving son, and to the little ones: Uncle Willie.
With the holidays approaching, Willie's family says this Christmas will be really tough.
Christmas was his favorite holiday and he looked forward to decorating the tree every year. A tree that he will no longer be able to be blessed with his Christmas spirit.
Willie's mother, Stephanie, doesn't even have a baby picture of him to look at. She says she lost them all in a fire where they used to live.
Now all she has left is memories and this teddy bear Willie gave her on Valentine's day.
She hopes now those responsible will step up and turn themselves in not only for Willie's justice but also so she can have some closure.
Anyone with any information on Williams' death is asked to call police.
