Synthetic marijuana found following police chase in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville Police arrest three men after a chase on the city's south side.

It started around 2 a.m. on Thursday when officers say they tried to stop a car driven by 24-year-old Mickey Coleman.

Police say Coleman wouldn't stop and led them on a chase.

It ended when Coleman crashed into a fence at 1525 Culver Drive.

Coleman and two passengers, 34-year-old Jay Oldfield and 18-year-old Christopher Norman, were arrested.

Police say they found about 132 grams of synthetic marijuana in the vehicle.

All 3 men were arrested on dealing synthetic marijuana charges.

Coleman faces additional charges for resisting law enforcement and traffic offenses.
