HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE) - The City of Henderson is hosting a public workshop Wednesday on the vision plan for both the city and county.
The Henderson City and Planning Commission is working on a Vision Plan to identify the "big ideas" for the next 20 years.
The first of three public workshops is Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Professional Development Center at 631 North Green Street.
The other workshops are Thursday.
The Vision Plan is driven by public input and city officials say they need ideas, comments and feedback from the public.
Each workshop will be structured as an open house format with a short presentation.
Residents and business owners are encouraged to attend for as little as 20 minutes to give their ideas and feedback on the ideas that are being developed as part of this plan.
