DUBOIS CO., IN (WFIE) - The Dubois County Sheriff's Department says its likely charges will be filed against the driver involved in an overnight crash.
It happened after midnight on County Road 400 south near County Road 130 W.
Deputies say a car crossed the railroad tracks, ran off the road into a ditch, and hit an embankment.
The impact caused the vehicle to spin around and hit the embankment again.
Deputies say the driver, 18-year-old Austin Zehr was speeding and will likely be charged.
They say his passenger, Christian Mattingly, left the scene. He's now been charged with minor consumption.
Deputies say a second juvenile passenger had also been drinking and was released to her parents.
